Exopack Names Tom Vale Chief Operating Officer

SPARTANBURG, SC – February 21, 2008:
Exopack announces that Tom Vale has been named Chief Operating Officer of Exopack. Tom will be responsible for working with Exopack’s business unit leaders to drive and attain operational excellence across the company.
Prior to this assignment, Tom was Chief Executive Officer of DeLuxe Media Services, a $700 million dollar manufacturer and distributor of entertainment products for the Hollywood studios.
Tom is a graduate of Valparaiso University, holds an MBA from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
