Microwave Solutions
Microwave packaging solutions have been the mainstay of Exopack's microwave popcorn products. Use of microwave susceptor technology in conjunction with patented venting solutions have allowed popcorn packages to release steam during the popping process to insure maximum pop in the microwave. Additional converting technology has allowed for the development of microwave solutions for hand-held frozen food products as well.
Sustainability Solutions (This will be added later - will not be included in initial launch)
With the increased focus on future friendly packaging, the desire for compostable and/or biodegradeable packages has become the vogue. Exopack utilizes knowledge in renewable substrates to develop packages in its Nature line of products. Enduro Nature delivers a product which can be converted into a traditional SOS bag or traditional SUP for a package made from renewable resources that can biodegrade as well addressing both responsible sourcing with and eye for end of life scenario for packaging as well.
