Consumer Packages
In large format packages (containing more than 10 lbs of product) RAVE-PL bags provide customers with an 'all-plastic' (PL) option for large-format, side- gusseted bags. Exopack is uniquely capable of printing wide-web, long-repeat graphics in up to 10 colors flexographically and eight colors with rotogravure. These bags can be produced in either an edge-seam style (one bag edge sealed top to bottom) or all four gusset edges sealed for a 'quad seal' appearance. The bags are heat sealed with many feature options available. One of the more popular consumer features is the top-slider version (RAVE-PL: SZ). As with RAVE-MW, the plastic version can be produced with a wide range of substrates and gauges depending on the product requirements.
ENDURO is Exopack's line of consumer products in pre-formed bags and stand-up pouches. Targeted at a fill volume of 10 pounds or less, ENDURO products are formed from a variety of substrate and package formats. This allows them to deliver the shelf appeal, barrier requirements, consumer convenience features, and overall value that the retail marketplace requires.
